Anti-Spam Policy
We Have a Zero-Tolerance
Anti-Spam Policy
"Spam" is when
you send e-mail to people who
have not specifically requested
it or given you permission to
send it. ChiroContact
accounts are not to be used to
spam. Spamming is a serious
offense that ChiroContact does not permit.
Your ChiroContact
account is to be used with
patients and prospects who make
a request to receive your
information. Chiropractors
who send unsolicited "spam"
email will have their account
terminated immediately.
You may not use email lists that
are purchased, rented, leased,
or in any way bought from a
third party.
ChiroContact Does NOT
Condone Spam:
Concerning spam, the
ChiroContact
Service Agreement reads:
"Spamming, or the sending of
unsolicited email on the
ChiroContact, Inc. email
servers is STRICTLY prohibited.
ChiroContact
will be the sole arbiter as to
what constitutes a violation of
this provision. This action WILL
RESULT in immediate termination
of your account without refund.
Any service interruptions as a
result of subscribers spamming
will be billed to the subscriber
at $100.00 per hour until service
is restored. Subscriber will
also be in violation of the
ChiroContact
Service Agreement and subject to
legal action."
ChiroContact Zero
Tolerance Policy on Spam:
If a ChiroContact
member's account is used to
spam, and ChiroContact is notified, that
member's account will be closed
immediately. The member will not
be issued a refund, and will not
be given access to his or her
account.
Help ChiroContact Stamp out Spam:
If you have received an
unsolicited e-mail from a

"I am
getting great feedback from my practice members and I have had a lot
of fun setting up the emails.
I've
also added the audio email portion to my email course, which has been
great."
